Ed Silvoso, founder and president of Harvest Evangelism-with a staff of over 50 people in five continents-is widely recognized as a missions strategist and solid Bible teacher who specializes in evangelism, city and nation reaching, marketplace transformation and gender reconciliation.

Over 300 cities have been impacted by the ministry of Harvest Evangelism, and the development of a nation transformation prototype in Argentina is in progress under Ed's leadership. His scriptural insights on the role of the church in the marketplace and his Bible based strategies on how to take the presence and power of God to the workplace have motivated and equipped scores of people to find their spiritual destiny by turning their job into their ministry. His book Anointed for Business is considered a groundbreaking classic in this area.

Initially trained in business in his native Argentina, Ed's background includes banking, hospital administration and financial services. He is the author of bestselling books That None Should Perish, Prayer Evangelism, Women: God's Secret Weapon, and Anointed for Business. His most recent publication entitled God's Ticker Tape: A Report on Divine Acquisitions in the Marketplace highlights testimonies of God's presence and power at work in the marketplace.

Ed serves on the Honorary Board of the Presidential Prayer Team, and is a member of the National Day of Prayer Advisory Committee, Mission America, and the Global Pastors Network.

Ed and his wife, Ruth, reside in San Jose, California.

David Rae was hired on as the Chief Operating Officer of Crown Ministries in February 2000. In a five month timeframe, Dave led Crown Ministries and Christian Financial Concepts through rigorous but seamless merger activities to form the newly created Crown Financial Ministries, with an inception date of September 2000. Since January 2002, serving as the ministry’s president, Dave has effectively led his operational staff toward the God-sized goal of teaching biblical financial principles to 300 million people by September 2015.

Prior to joining Crown Ministries, Dave served with Business & Professional Ministries, a division of The Navigators, beginning in 1992. During that time, he also started Hockey Network International in Colorado Springs, Colorado where he utilized his professional and spiritual background to provide life-skills mentoring for professional athletes, and EDiX Corporation, a medical transcription company based in Manhattan Beach, California.

Dave was employed with Apple Canada, Inc., from 1985 to 1992. Under his leadership, Canada enjoyed the highest percentage of market share for Apple in the world, growing revenues from $78 million to $323 million.

Dave holds a bachelor’s degree in Physical Education from the University of Toronto and has completed Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program. Dave and his wife, Ann, are the parents of three adult children, Kelly, Brian, and Kristy, and currently reside in Buford, GA.

Lloyd Reeb is the primary spokesperson for Halftime and author of From Success to Significance and the Success to Significance Group Curriculum and Co-author of Unlimited Partnership.

As a successful real estate developer, he made a Halftime transition in 1993, redefining success and reorienting his focus toward second-half significance. Lloyd allocates most of his time to leading Halftime events and experiences, and coaching individuals through this journey. In addition, he also allocates part of his time as director of leadership development at Mecklenburg Community Church. He is on the board of the Finishers Project, an organization of more than 70 leading mission agencies to help baby boomers find a significant second career in missions.

He lives in Charlotte, NC with his wife Linda and three children.

 

Linda Rios Brook, President of the RiosBrook Foundation, believes the answers to issues of social justice and righteousness lie in the proper alignment between the church, the marketplace and media and entertainment. She is a sought out speaker and teacher on matters relevant to cultural restoration. Linda worked as a media executive for over 20 years in the field of broadcasting serving as President and General Manager of television stations in Texas, Florida, and Minnesota and was President and part owner of KLGT-TV in Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota. Linda has served on several national boards and community organizations and is listed in Who's Who of American Women. She is an ordained minister and has a Doctorate of Practical Ministry from the Wagner Leadership Institute. Linda serves on the WLI faculty and has served on the faculty of The Master’s Institute (Lutheran seminary) and as a guest lecturer at the University of Minnesota. She is a member of the International Coalition of Apostles, and is the convener of ACTS 29 (a think tank seeking answers to social and cultural issues through the marketplace.) She serves on the Board of Directors for Global Harvest; has served as the Vice President of the International Christian Chamber of Commerce USA, the board of reference for CIBN (Communities Impacting Business Network) and board of advisors for Kingdom Ventures (a venture capitalist fund). Linda is the author of four books: Wake Me When It's Over, Lucifer's Flood, Frontline Christians in a Bottom Line World and Jesus for Adults. Linda is also a teaching pastor at Covenant Center International in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.  Linda is married to Larry Brook, who is the Executive Director of the RiosBrook Foundation.

Alan Kearns, Canada's Career Coach and founder of CareerJoy, is recognized as one of the foremost experts on careers in Canada. Alan was educated as an optician but later made a career transition into the recruitment industry. He became one of Canada's most successful recruiters and was the founder of TalentLab, where he was a honoured as one of the “Top 40 Under 40” entrepreneurs.

Alan is the author of Get The Right Job Right Now!, recently published by Harper Collins, and is a columnist for Workopolis. He is a “Trusted Advisor” for Chapters/Indigo’s business section. He speaks across the country on the topic of career management. He provides regular commentary to The Globe and Mail, Canwest media, Canada AM and other media outlets. Alan hosts Canada's most popular career podcast, CareerJoy Conversations. He is married with two children and has many set of paws living in his home as well. His passions include running, reading and a hearing a great story!

A gifted writer and presenter, Jim Brown is an avid teacher and student of governance. Jim has coached key leaders from scores of prominent organizations, walking with them as they navigate through structural reorganization, constitutional malaise, and a myriad of other challenges.

Clients are impressed by both his knowledge and his ability to communicate that wisdom with lasting impact. With a background in curriculum development Jim develops and delivers programs and consulting services tailored to clients’ business needs. His experiences as an entrepreneur and the completion of a Master’s degree in economics have honed his ability to focus on the most important aspects of any situation.

His passion is to see board members and senior staff working together as a confident, competent team. And he always has fun doing it!

Shaila Visser, Director of Alpha in the Workplace International, has spent the last 10 years working with men and women of influence to introduce them to a faith in Christ. She joined Alpha International in 2003 to head up Alpha in the Workplace internationally. Shaila has been running Alpha in the Workplace in her hometown of Vancouver, Canada since 1998. Alpha in the Workplace is being used by God to reach people in offices and factories around the world.

 

 

 


Robert Melnichuk, Director, Crossroads Global Core Group has served for over 20 years in various positions of Pastoral leadership and management in Christian organizations. He has worked as an assistant to the General Manager of a four star resort that included a state of the art fitness center, banquet facilities, hotel and conference center. Robert has also served on a number of ministerial boards and worked in broadcasting, television and seminar presentations. He has a strong gift in communication and loves to spend time with his family, unwind with routine physical fitness, sit back and digest the Word and keep current on the church, marketplace and world events.

 

 

Lorna Dueck is the President of Media Voice Generation and the Executive Producer of Listen Up – the flagship program of Media Voice Generation that examines the spiritual side of news and current events. Lorna is a popular television host and public speaker, as well as a regular commentary writer on faith and public life in Canada’s largest national newspaper, The Globe and Mail.

A wife and mother of two grown children, Lorna spent ten years as a self-employed journalist in a home-based office, servicing markets across Canada and the US. She was a regular feature and news writer for the Winnipeg Free Press, Christian Week, Faith Today and numerous other outlets including CBC Radio. Prior to her freelance career, Lorna was employed as a news reporter with Golden West Broadcasting and CKX Television and Radio in Manitoba.

A Christian Education graduate of Winkler Bible Institute, Lorna has studied journalism and writing at Red River Community College, University of Manitoba, and The Billy Graham Christian Writer’s Institute. She is a graduate of the Arrow Leadership Program and is an invited member of the Star Fellowship; a leadership mentoring group sponsored by the Billy Graham Center in Wheaton, Illinois. She is completing a Bachelor of Religious Studies degree at Tyndale University College and Seminary.

Listen Up began as a feature within 100 Huntley Street, and launched as an independent program in 2003. It airs weekly on six television networks and is distributed worldwide on the Trinity Broadcasting Network.

Achievements include an honourary doctorate in Christian Ministry from Trinity Western University, and runner up for the RL Petersen Innovation Award in 2005.

Diane Craig, President of Corporate Class Inc., is a leading image and etiquette consultant.   For over 20 years she has helped hundreds of men and women realize their professional and personal goals.  She is a sought after speaker at national business meetings, regularly gives comprehensive workshops to corporate groups, and offers private consultations on business etiquette, dress and dining.

Diane has extensive personal experience with financial institutions and the pharmaceutical industry.  She has traveled widely, is fluently bilingual, and is always poised and elegant.  Her enduring expertise, however, derives from her training in Haute Couture at the Richard Robinson Academy of Fashion Design from 1981-1984, her certificate program at the Protocol School of Washington in 1995 and, more recently, her certificates in Intercultural studies from UBC and the University of the Pacific in Oregon.


 

Michael Gibney is the President & Senior Relationship Manager of Covenant Planning Group – a biblically directed Family Wealth Advisory Firm providing counsel in the areas of stewardship, transition, and succession. Michael has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry and is passionate about helping people live generously.

 

 

 

 

Miguel Sanchez (along with his wife, Lisa) is the director of the Canadian office of Harvest Evangelism (Founder & President, Ed Silvoso). Miguel & Lisa, with their family, spent 6 years in Argentina as missionaries, being equipped and equipping others in city and nation reaching by implementing the principles of prayer evangelism. They are currently serving the Church in the Durham Region in the process of transformation of the Region, in the Greater Toronto Area. The Workplace has already been redeemed by Jesus and their vision is to see the Workplace in Canada reclaimed for His glory.

 

 

 

Wes Reinheller Wesley Reinheller is the President & CEO of Medican Group of Companies. Married for 34 years to Janice, the Reinhellers have 4 children and 5 grandchildren.  Wes is a big proponent of family values, both at home and in the workplace, and believes it is important to balance family life and business.  All of Wes’s sons and son-in-laws are actively involved in the company.

Wes grew up in the poor part of town, in Medicine Hat, Alberta, but through 34 years of hard work, perseverance and prayer, he has built a company that is currently developing over 5,000 condominiums in 16 cities across the nation of Canada.  A visionary leader, Wes was a runner-up for the Prairies Division of the 2004 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award.

Wes and Janice are passionate about reaching out to the younger generation.  They founded Eagles Nest Ranch 24 years ago, a Christian youth camp and retreat centre in the Cypress Hills of Alberta.  Each summer over 1000 young lives are impacted for the Kingdom of God.  Currently Eagles Nest is starting camps in other countries around the world.

For over seven years now, Wes continues to serve on the Global Advisory Board for YWAM (Youth With A Mission), and is actively involved in assisting Impact World Tour in their outreach efforts in cities across Canada.

Wes and Janice use their influence for God, and operate their company based on the same key values they model in all aspects of their life: Trust, Excellence and Care.  Medican is a Kingdom business, creating wealth for Kingdom use, and will continue to be a visionary company impacting future generations for many years to come.
